| STUDIO POLICIES ~Tuition payments are due by the 1st day of each month. Late payments begin after the fifth day of the month regardless of the day of the week. There will be a $10 late fee added to any account not paid by the 5th of the month. A lock-box is located on the wall between the two studios.Please make sure the student's name is listed on your payment ~Tuition will be charged until the studio is notified in writing that a student will no longer be attending the class.Please note you will be responsible for tutiotn charges. ~There will be a $35.00 charge for each returned check. ~Student accounts must be paid in full in order for the student to participate in the Annual Performance. ~Students are expected to dress appropriately for each class in the proper clothing, tights and shoes with their hair securely fastened back from their face and no excessive jewelry. Students not wearing the proper attire for more than two weeks will not be allowed to participate in class unless the instructor has been notified of special circumstances. The studio is not responsible for any items left at the studio. ~For the student’s safety, children will not be allowed to leave the studio unless they are accompanied by an adult. ~Students, parents, and siblings are asked to clean up after themselves and respect all studio property.Please do not allow children to stand on furniture or run in the studio. ~All students and parents should be respectful at all time. Profanity, negative attitudes, and gossiping should not be brought into the studio. ~All monthly statements are presented in class to students. But, please note that your tutition is always due the first of each month. We will also contact you through email and send updates through ASADA's facebook site. COSTUME DEPOSITS Costume deposit due dates: $30.00 due September 14 $30.00 due November 2 Costume balances will be due in December. Costume deposits are non-refundable.
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
~A Step Above has an end of the year Performance. Students are not required to participate in the performance, but are encouraged to participate. Those who do wish to participate in the performance find this is an exciting and rewarding experience where students can demonstrate their talents and abilities. It helps to develop confidence, self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment.
